Wine Tasting with Your Dog

Dogs and wine are two of our favorite things so why not take your four legged best friend to a wine tasting.  There are a number of vineyards in the Elk Grove area that allow well trained dogs on a leash to accompany the wine tasters.

Scribner Bend Vineyards

Bump City Wine Co.

McConnell Estates Winery

Heringer Estates

It is highly recommended that you call for reservations before heading out to any of these wineries since they are observing social distancing and limiting patons.

RV Parks and Camping

Camping has gotten huge since COVID-19 hit last year and for good reason.  It is easy to socially distance yourself and you can reconnect with nature.  It is also fairly easy to take you dog along as long as the campgrounds allow pets.  Here are a few pet friendly campgrounds near Elk Grove

Tower Brewing

The name “Tower” is relatively common in the city of Sacramento, and is always tied to the Arts in some form or other. Tower Bridge is an architectural landmark. Tower Records helped define the music industry for decades. Tower Theater showcases independent films from around the world.

At Tower Brewing, everything we do revolves around the Arts. We practice the art of brewing delicious craft beer. We provide a space for musicians to perform. We showcase local artist’s work on our walls. Our labels feature vibrant artwork. We have a beautiful mural in our taproom depicting key moments in Sacramento’s history. We’ve embodied the artistic influences tied to other Tower entities and built our brand around them. Our aesthetic is hand-crafted art deco, taking inspiration from the past and reinventing it for the future.
